云栖谷·双龙镇是全省100个旅游景区项目之一，是贵州旅游产业转型升级的示范项目。项目地处贵阳、龙里一体化发展主轴线上，紧邻双龙临空经济区与龙里经济开发区，距贵阳市15公里，距龙洞堡国际机场6公里，贵龙大道、贵新高速穿境而过，是龙里融入贵阳城市经济圈的桥头堡，是贵州东线、南线旅游的第一站，是省会贵阳的国际会客厅。
Shuanglong Town Yunqi Valley is a demonstration project of industrial transformation and it is a substantial upgrade for Guizhou’s tourism industry. The project is located on Longlli’s integrated development main axis in Guiyang city. It is close to the ShuangLong Likong and the Longli economic development area . Shuanglong town is 15 kilometers from Guiyang City and 6 km from the Longdongbao international airport. The Guixin Expressway through the area. It is a bridgehead through which the Longli county is accessible to the economic hub of Guiyang. It is the first stop of the eastern line and southern line of Guizhou Province. It is the international hall of the provincial capital - Guiyang.
项目占地面积约为1200亩，总规划建筑面积50万平方米，总投资30亿元。一期规划用地8.3万平方米，总建筑面积6万平方米，投资约10亿元，双龙镇规划发展业态主要有精品客栈、特色餐饮、时尚酒吧、旅游购物、民族演艺等。最终建成为集休闲、康体、养生、娱乐、滋养、餐饮、客栈等多元业态为有机整体的4A级国际休闲度假中心。
The project covers 1200 acres(800,000 meter square), with a total planned construction area of 500,000 square meters and a total investment of 3 billion RMB(about 4520million dollar). The first term plans to be 83,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 60,000 square meters and a total investment of about 10 million RMB(about 1.5 billion dollar).We plan to develop boutique inns, specialist restaurants, trendy bars, shopping facilities, travelling and ethnic performing arts etc in the Shuanglong Town Yunxi Valley. At project completion, it will been built into a 4A level international leisure resort integrating an organic whole part of sports, health, entertainment, nourishment, restaurants, inns and other multi formats.
云栖谷·双龙镇巫山峡谷景区共同构成中铁国际旅游度假区的云栖谷休闲度假板块，项目将传统古镇建筑与峡谷景观有机融为一体，用中国传统的院落式建筑来承载现代人时尚休闲度假慢生活。项目的景观规划以龙为主线，有龙生九子的建筑元素遍布于景区，同时以城门楼云门、香湖、鼓楼形成一条横向的景观轴线；以双龙广场、香湖、情人索桥、花海梯田以及峡谷隘口形成纵向的景观轴线。整个景区内将呈现中国院落式旅游休闲小镇、中式山地院落住宅区、山地花海景观区等功能板块。双龙镇的建设为贵州的旅游从观光型向分时度假型、候鸟型、休闲度假型转变和打造具有贵州特色的山地城镇化作了积极地探索。
Wushan Banyon scenic area of Shuanglong Town Yunxi Valley constitutes Yunxi Valley Railway leisure sector of China Railway International Tourism Resort. The project will integrate traditional town buildings and landscape of the canyon. The traditional Chinese courtyard-style building will present the modern fashion and slow relaxed life of a leisurely vacation. The landscape is planned based on the main dragon line. Dragon architectural elements are found throughout the area. And the gate building Cloud Gate, Shannon Lake and Drum Building forms a transverse axis of the landscape, and Shuanglong Square, Shannon Lake, Valentine Rope Bridge, Flowering terraces and canyon passes forms a longitudinal axis of the landscape. The whole area will show a Chinese courtyard-style town for tourism and leisure, Chinese residential courtyards in mountain areas, flowers landscape in mountain areas and other functional blocks. The construction of Shuanglong Town has transformed the tourism in Guizhou from sightseeing to section-time vocation, migratory type and leisure vocation, having made positive exploration to build an urban environment in a special mountain town.
巫山峡谷景区全长8.4公里，呈东西走向、直线距离6.2公里。谷底深处垂直落差100米，峡谷内气候宜人、空气清新、负氧离子浓度高，是一座“天生丽质”的天然氧吧；
